Today, with the increasing use of aluminum profiles, especially in the construction industry and other sectors, as well as the rising market demands and customer expectations for the best production quality, the process of surface coating of aluminum profiles through natural (silver) and colored anodizing has become one of the main components of the aluminum profile production cycle. This process not only serves technical and functional roles but also adds a decorative and aesthetic aspect to the aluminum profiles. Having an anodizing unit with advanced technology is even more crucial as this process requires constant control of all relevant parameters, including electrical current, coating thickness, color uniformity, and the use of high-quality chemicals with precise chemical composition control in the anodizing process of aluminum profiles. To meet customer expectations and achieve the required production capacity, the company operates an anodizing unit with a capacity of 30 tons per day, featuring 16-meter tanks, making it the largest anodizing unit in the country.
