Extrusion Unit of Royan Godaz Pardis Company

This unit includes four extrusion lines of 2600, 2200, 2000, and 1800 tons for billets with diameters of 6 to 8 inches. Equipment in this section includes long billet preheating furnaces, hot shear billet cutting system, extrusion tables equipped with double-pullers, stretchers, aging furnaces with a capacity of 12 tons per day, and aluminum profiles up to 14 meters in length. With these tools, the company is capable of producing various aluminum profiles for both construction and industrial uses, in alloy groups 1000 to 7000, with widths up to 200 mm.
